  • By purchasing from Bud & Rose Shop, you are committing to purchasing a one of a kind item that cannot be replaced

  • Please take the time to think about your decision as NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are possible

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Returns will only be accepted after a 48 hour period if the item is damaged upon arrival; 

  • Please send an initiation of return request & a photo to hello@budandroseshop.com of:

    • Item broken inside shipping box

    • Tags still intact 

    • Date & time stamp on photograph

    • Order #

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging including accessories (if applicable)

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to deliver and return the item back to Bud & Rose Shop

  • Refunds will be processed once case is resolved by Bud & Rose Shop

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a return if it does not meet with our returns policy

PRODUCT REPAIRS:

  • Bud & Rose Shop is not responsible for any repairs to your product after purchased.

  • Bud & Rose Shop is not responsible for replacing any pieces (downstems or bowls)

  • Downstems and Bowls can be purchased at your local smoke shop

LIABILITY:

  • Bud & Rose Shop is NOT responsible for any products once purchased

  • Once purchased, if anything happens TO or FROM your Bud & Rose Shop item, we are NOT liable and cannot be held responsible.
