• How do I use my Bud & Rose?

  • Bud & Rose can be used two ways:

    • As a smoking device

    • As a flower vessel: DO NOT ATTEMPT to use Bud & Rose as a smoking device while a flower is in the vessel.

• What is included with my Bud & Rose item?

  • The item as listed on the website

• Will my Bud & Rose come with the flowers shown in the photos on the website?

  • No, the Bud & Rose will come as is without the added flower. Once you receive your Bud & Rose, feel free to use it as a vase by turning the vase 180 degrees if not in use for smoking. 

• Is my Bud & Rose a replica?

  • No, each Bud & Rose piece is considered ‘vintage, one of a kind’. We have searched for, curated, and elevated each piece to tell a new story in your home.

• Can you replace my downstem and bowl? It broke.

  • Unfortunately we are not liable for your downstem or bowls if they break. 

• How do I maintain my Bud & Rose and keep it clean?

  • When not in use for smoking or being used as a flower vessel, remove water from the vase

• Can I cancel my order or add on items after it is placed?

  • Sorry, but we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

• My order says it has been delivered, but it’s not here...what should I do?

  • It’s common for shipping services to stamp a few days prior to the actual delivery. We suggest waiting an additional 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

  • You can always file a missing mail request with USPS or UPS by heading to their customer service page on their respective websites.

• Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, but shipping times will vary and cannot be quoted on timing due to COVID restrictions

• What currency do you accept?

  • All prices are shown as USD regardless of what country you are shopping from.

• Do you only accept PayPal?

  • Yes, at this time we only offer PayPal as a form of payment, as it is the safest form of transaction.

• Do you sell replacement parts?

  • No, we do not sell replacement parts. If your Bud & Rose needs a new downstem or bowl, we recommend visiting your local smoke shop.
